Orders and Payment

To order products, you must be over 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card or PayPal account. When you place your order, you must ensure that all the details provided are true and accurate, which is an authorized Card User of credit or debit used to place your order and that there are enough funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.

The website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before submitting it. Price and availability

Shipping costs are not included in prices and will be charged additionally. These vary depending on the delivery address. See the section Shipping and Returns For more details on estimated delivery costs. Delivery costs applicable to your order will be displayed clearly on the website before making your order (and are included in the "total cost" value shown on the order summary page).

If your billing address is within the EU, we will charge VAT at the applicable fee in Portugal. Once again, these costs will clearly be displayed on the website before ordering (and included in the "total cost" value).

All our products require a certain amount of time to be produced by our artisans. You can check this information in the detail section of each product.

Delivery deadlines

An email will be sent when the order is submitted. Delivery deadlines may vary depending on product availability and delivery address. Delivery deadlines are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered on the estimated date, but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be responsible for losses caused as a result of such delay.

International deliveries
